City Council Secretariat (Setwan) will prepare big screen at City Council Building's lobby to facilitate people who want to watch speech of Jakarta Governor and Vice Governor 2017-2022 periods, Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Uno if special plenary meeting is conducted today.

"It is the maximal capacity," he affirmed.
Though, he admitted he can not ensure whether special plenary meeting and Governor-Vice Governor speech will be held today at 7 PM or tomorrow.
"We are still waiting for Consultative Board (Bamus) meeting result first," he closed.
